Open Forum to discuss traffic in Coldridge Parish

You are all invited to an Open Forum on June 16^th at 7:30 pm in Coldridge Village Hall.

You are invited to submit any specific concerns and issues directly to Devon County Councillor Steve Keable, email steve.keable@devon.gov.uk. If you do so could you also copy me in clerk@coldridge-pc.gov.uk Whilst issues can be raised on the night, if Steve is aware of them in advance he may be able to find the answers and bring them to the Forum. It is unlikely Steve will be able to provide instant answers on the night, but he will respond to all questions even though it might take him a few days.

You may also like to know DCC has implemented a new system of dealing with highways complaints and issues. Steve will explain more on the night but in essence Councillors will be able to follow up issues more formally with tighter deadlines for responses.
